A Plus By Angelina is based in the Caribbean, Grenada. Shipping is done in Grenada throughout the Country.
Most orders will be processed within 24 hours; however same day delivery can occur based on the day. Our team is flexible with processing and handling of packages to suit your needs. We also have a pick up option which allows you to collect packages same day.
A Plus By Angelina operates Monday- Saturday from 8AM-9PM.

(Please note that production, delivery, and customer support, are closed on Sunday and all MAJOR HOLIDAYS. Orders placed on Sunday will not be processed until the following business day. NO emails will be responded to during non-business hours)

Unfortunately, once your order is submitted & paid for via el system we can’t cancel your order.

Orders submitted & payment method cash on delivery selected can cancel the order by email APlusbyangelina@gmail.comm or directing calling the business line 14734227587 within 1 hour of Purchase. After the 1st hour we can’t cancel your order.

Responses from customer care can take 24-48 hours during business days only.

(Please note that this time frame may be extended during times of high volume emails, during and immediately after holidays, and sales promotions. Customer support is CLOSED on Sundays. NO emails will be addressed on CLOSED days. All emails will be addressed beginning next business day.

Restock dates vary upon product availability. However, we aim to restock new items once a month. For more info on restock items dates, sign up for restock alerts.
Once Order if placed, you would receive an email confirmation & further details on delivery.
Yes, however Identification needs to be provided or an email/ whatsapp message needs to be sent giving authorization.
We pack all of our items with care. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at or whatsapp 14734227585 if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
If you are unsatisfied with the item that you receive due to a fault of ours, you can make a return and have it exchanged with another one. This also applies to all mistaken shipments that you may receive. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by emailing us so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved, you will receive a full refund via STORE CREDIT, no delivery fees will be included.
